ABOUT
Caroline Mathieson is an emerging artist, exploring the world around her through the practice of fine art. Her colour and subject matter have matured but she maintains a naïve quality to the way she depicts her subjects and places them on the page. She has been using a combination of acrylics and pencil and working on compositions derived from a combination of real life subjects and reference from printed material. Mathieson continues to work on developing her colour techniques in order to widen her pallet and have the ease of skill to represent what she sees.
