CONVERGENCE
CONVERGENCE: Regional Perspectives
26 July - 23 August 2025This diverse exhibition brings together distinctive artistic voices from regional supported studios in Victoria and Albury-Wodonga.
CONVERGENCE challenges metropolitan-centric narratives by platforming creators whose geographical distance from cultural centres limits broader arts connections and opportunities. The exhibition features work by seven emerging and mid-career artists whose differing perspectives offer fresh insights into contemporary themes and regional experiences.
Artists featured include Helen Butcher and Jessica Madden (ArtGusto), Stella Childs (The Art Factory Albury), Housecat (Find Your Voice Collective), Stephen Hancock and Alex McKenzie (Artmania), and George Macaronis (Studio 92).

Expanding Surrounding
Expanding Surrounding represents an extraordinary Indonesia-Australia cultural exchange that brings together neurodivergent and neurotypical artists in dynamic peer-to-peer collaborations. This innovative project builds on the successful 2024 'Capturing Surrounding' UK/Indonesia collaboration, deepening cross-cultural partnerships and fostering genuine understanding between creative communities.
The exhibition showcases the outcomes of months of dedicated collaboration between Indonesian artists from Tab Space in Bandung and Australian artists, facilitated by Art et al. and hosted at Jump Left. These partnerships have already produced remarkable creative dialogues, from Vipoo Srivilasa's recent trip in Bandung to meet collaborator Ilham Sadikin, to the ongoing digital exchanges between Claudia Panca Fadilla (Indonesia) and Anna Louise Richardson (Australia).
Proudly supported by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Creative Australia and Creative Victoria, with project, exhibition and venue partner Jump Left and Impact Neighbourhoods.

Art et al.
Art et al. | Inclusive, curated international art platform from Australia and UK partners.
Art et al. commissions and presents collaborations between artists from supported studios, artist peers and arts professionals.
In 2020, founding partners, Arts Project Australia, Slominski Projects, and Jennifer Lauren Gallery, identified a need for more inclusive programming and access in the contemporary arts for neurodivergent, learning or intellectually disabled artists to be seen, heard, and participate. As a result, they formed Art et al. – an international platform that mainly connects artists from supported studios with international peers, arts professionals, and audiences.
Art et al. is now led by Slominski Projects, Jennifer Lauren Gallery and Jump Left. Its grant-funded global collaborations and partnerships result in commissioned critical writing, new artwork, exhibitions, and original multi-media content.
