Contact us to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone, online, or in-person consultation. We will discuss your goals, approach, timeline, and desired outcomes during this session.

We will take a few days to review your enquiry. If we proceed with your project, we will prepare a detailed brief outlining a realistic timeline and cost breakdown, which will be emailed to you for your consideration.

Each project is unique and requires a tailored approach. All costs and payment schedules will be clearly outlined and presented upfront for review and mutual agreement before any work begins.

As part of our advocacy efforts, we publish projects and stories online to share our successes and challenges. We always seek permission from project partners before publishing and ensure a story is posted only after mutual approval.

If you are happy to proceed, we’ll finalise the process by signing a project agreement and get started! Every project is co-designed and includes regular check-ins and opportunities for input.

“Participating in the Visual Descriptions at Ballarat Foto program was both professionally enriching and deeply meaningful.
