ARCHIVE | Round Table Discussion

  • Jump Left 673 Bourke Street Melbourne, VIC, 3000 Australia (map)

Join us Thursday 7 August from 12pm for an informal in-conversation over a light lunch with artists, studios, and exhibition curator Sim Luttin.

Regional supported studios provide vital, often more flexible environments for disabled and neurodivergent artists, enabling sustained practice and professional pathways within their community. Bringing this work to city centres challenges assumptions about where significant artistic innovation happens, revealing the depth and strength of regional creative communities.

Jump Left can play a crucial role connecting these regional artists and studios to broader opportunities through curatorial support, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. This work ensures regional disability arts practice isn't isolated but recognised and supported at state and national levels, building sustainable networks that genuinely support artists across geographic and access divides.
